Who We Are

We are a brother/sister team who, after years of perfecting their individual crafts, are bringing the dance and music art forms together again.

Emily Jane Acree is a graduate from East Carolina University, holding a BFA in Dance Education. She works as a dancer/singer/actor and shares her love for the arts through community outreach, teaching, and choreography.  Most recently, Emily Jane has enjoyed teaching and choreographing for companies such as The North Street Playhouse, Temple Theatre, Theatre for Change (NC Theatre), and North Carolina Dance Institute.

Previously, Emily Jane has performed with NYC-based urban contemporary company, Vissi Dance Theatre, in NYC and Japan, and NYC-based choreographer Vive for Love. Regional Theatre credits include Kiss Me, Kate! (Dance Capt.), Cats (Tantomile), Hairspray (Tammy), Oklahoma, and A Christmas Carol

Adam Price is a musician, composer, and educator. As a performer, he has had the privilege of touring all over the US and the world with various groups, including dates at Webster Hall in NYC, Chris' Jazz Cafe in Philly, and guest appearances in Brazil, Hong Kong, and Italy. In 2018, he released his debut album "House Ghosts" to critical acclaim. As an educator, Adam teaches at summer camps, and clinics and workshops throughout the school year. Lately, he has begun research into the shared history of tap and jazz and the concept of tap dance as percussion, collaborating with dancers as musicians. Although he has performed, taught, and recorded all genres of music on all woodwinds, in his heart he is a jazz musician and, as Jazz Corner puts it, "a world-class clarinet player."
